Review of Dr. Suhail's Consultation at APWA Medical Center I recently visited Dr. Suhail for a consultation and, unfortunately, was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the doctor's professional advice may have been satisfactory, the way patients are treated at the clinic is far from acceptable. Appointment Timing: My appointment was scheduled for 6:35 PM, and I arrived on time, expecting the same level of respect for time from both the doctor and the staff. However, that was not the case, and there was little regard for punctuality. Hygiene and Facility Conditions: The hygiene at APWA Medical Center is appalling. The condition of the clinic makes it uncomfortable to even wait for a few minutes, let alone undergo medical consultations or lab tests. It is shocking that such poor standards are considered acceptable for a medical facility. Consultation Charges Discrepancy: I was informed through Marham that the consultation fee was 1500 PKR, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that the charges were 2000 PKR. The excuse provided was that they had not updated Marham, which is not the patient’s responsibility. I chose the doctor based on the listed price, and it is unacceptable to change it without prior notice. I strongly urge Marham to review the consultation charges and reassess clinics that do not meet basic medical and hygiene standards. At the very least, patients deserve a clean environment and consistent pricing when seeking healthcare services.
