I was overweight before, then i heard of her by a friend of mine and i am really satisfied with her. She did not limit my food choices. I ate almost everything she said she will not restrict my food groups and now o have been loosing my weigjt in a very healthy manner. My body feels light already. I still have a long way to go and i am really enjoying my weight loss. I recommend her to everyone
