U have not mentioned which type of Allergy. Diabetics usually complain of itchy skin due to dryness. Some drugs could also cause itching etc. Allergy itself is a broad term. Rule out scabies etc. Give him tab softin 5 mg in morning and tab piriton at night. Apply good moisturizer. Colorless and nonscented soap.
