Do not take ride after bath If you feel sore throat take tablet prednisolone 5 mg three times a day for one week tablet panadol 3 time daily for 5 days and tablet montiget 10 mg one tablet daily for 5 days.Also tablet ciproxin 5mg twice a day for one week.
