Asking For Someone else, Husband, Male, 31 Years old, Lahore
My husband has been diagnosed with oligospermia more like Azoospermia . We have been advised to do scrotal US and hormonal profile test ..the doctor also gave him clomid for 50days . We both are really devastated right now,didn’t know this can ever happen to us .I want some positive suggestions . Is Azoospermia curable ? Weather it’s obstructive or non obstructive.but is it curable ?

Yes oligospermia is written but dr’s online and a urologist said it’s Azoospermia . About the history my husband was on propecia for 3months almost a year ago after he has hair transplant . His dr again gave him propecia , so he started propecia again 5,6days before semen analysis

We have done hormonal profile report will come in 5,6days .scrotal ultrasound will be done on Monday .he doesn’t have any genetic issue ,or testicle I jury .but yesterday a dr did physical exam he said your testicle seems a bit smaller .

Mam just uploaded report.the issue is I am very confused by the chughtai report. They wrote oligospermia M/ml ,sperm count O what does it mean .then they have written occasional sperms have been seen ,morphology,motility ,vitality cos not possible to be reported .I saw on of there report online where they wrote Azoospermia ,and had some sperm count as well . On what amount of sperm they wrote oligospermia?
