Talk to Andrologist on Erectile Dysfunction

hello sir I am 26 years old. I think am suffering from erectile dysfunction. I am not getting any morning erection from 3 years. I don't know it is psychological or physical. I get normal erection during masturbations but not during the real sex. I spent 6 months outside Pakistan and I used Cialis 5mg and it worked perfectly for me. But know I am in Pakistan Cialis is not available here. Moreover, I am just 26 in good health. so I am confused if it is psychological or physical. what I can do about it?
