Talk to Andrologist on Hydrocele Grade 1( Right Testis ) And Low Testosterone With ED

I was involved in bad habits of masturbation and pornography from a long period , i tried alot to stop but my mind is aggressively addicted to it .

In last i suddenly got ED ,booked an appointment through marham and went to urologist , scan report diagnosed right mild hydrocele and low testosterone levels about 162 . I started medicine got a little better with the erections some how my depression released and unfortunately i again masturbated , still on testosterone boosters but the symptoms are repeating themselves . I am not sure if i will get better now or whole life will be like this

Should i go to a Psychologist for help
