I'm 20 years old. I am facing nightfall for 4 years continuously 1 or 2 times in a week. i tried mich to stop nightfall but all in vain. now i am usin some antidepressants and sleeping pills ?. So during sleep i don't face nightfall. These tablets control my mind during sleep. Is it harmful or normal? Thanks for Marham.
