Penis Weakness

Question

Hi, i am fit and fine and i dont have any other issue accept this and  the issue is because of over masturbation for many year i feel weakness in my penis and now i feel thickness issue and size as well because of over masturbation the size and thicknes is compermised and mostly feel lose erection.
 please let me know the solution of any medicine or tablet which i can regularly use for that issue and i am trying to control masturbation and its working
