Talk to Andrologist on Problem Related To Male Hormones

My brother, who's 19 years and 5 months old, is facing a problem of hairfall not only from his head but also from legs and other body parts, we consulted a dermatologist who suggested minoxidil as expected and some other topical products including dexa injection twice, but nothing of that was effective. After 6 months, we looked for his TSH, testosterone, and DHT. TSH was in normal range. Also, testosterone was in normal range but at the upper limit(900ng/dl), but I am concerned about his DHT level(882pg/ml). Is this reversible without any medication?we don't know any certain cause because there aren't any other symptoms.Also, he doesn't have any medical hx. In case of the need for medications, are there any medicines and treatment in pakistan available without any side effects as he's young?
