Salam ,
I am feeling anxious and depressed severely since last three months
I have low testosterone , currently on boosters.
I have developed mild hydrocele on right testis.
erections are better with the boosters but they seem artificial as they are weak and not normal as they used to be.
Penis has numbness on shaft as well as on the skin part.
doing regular exercises, eating seeds dry fruits, fruits and garlic almost every day.
I was an excessive masturbator with porn addiction. (Virgin Unmarried)
My question is :
1- What can be the cause of hydrocele? 2- Can it be penile neuropathy causing ED. 3- Are there chances for ED to be reversed ? 4- Will I be able to get married and have children ? 5- Can surgery for hydrocele solve my issue.
I am very much concerned feel guilty, I want to become a better person. I need help.
