Please visit a Breast surgeon for clinical examination to exclude anything worrisome. If ultrasound done at a good place and nothing worrisome on exam then you will be reassured or maybe followed up. For pain mostly it isn’t a sign of worry but you can apply any NSAIDs gel or massage and do hot fomentation. A simple panadol or caflam tab may help more severe pain. You should avoid pressing the nipple to check for discharge and mostly ye bhe worrisome nai hota unless blood stained or few other features. Just month me khud ko aek baat self examine karein. If lump increases or if discharge persists do visit a breast surgeon
