Salams well an asymptomatic Fibroadenoma if small and benign meaning BIRAD II on ultrasound may be just watched for size increase. If BIRAD III or above ideally confirmed by core biopsy and if no rapid growth left alone. It might be followed up at 3,6,12 and 24 months and then patient maybe discharged. Please visit a breast surgeon to make a decision regarding your treatment and alleviate your anxiety.
