My father's 3 Arteries are blocked 1 is 70% 2nd is 80% 3rd 90%, eacho result is 55% heart health. Should we go for bypass surgery or is there some other cure.? and if bypass than where should we go for this. what is best for this. where is bypass operated 99.99% secure

bypass and angioplasty both can be done. plz share angiography report. in which city do you live?
bypass / CABG has good success rate more than 97% if low risk patient but if family does not want to take risk bc there need to get admitted and surgery stress and in hospital need to be there for 1 week then you can also be on **optimized** medical therapy ( mean HR less then 60 and BP less than 120/80 and eating healthy and all the rest stuff ) so studies shows 10 year result is same . we can discuss in detail if u get an consultantion with you and your father and family.
Bypass surgery and angioplasty both can be done. it depends first what patient and family want, what is the echo and heart function in it, then CD is reviewed, patients physical condition is assessed, then we can decide what is best for patient and proceed accordingly..

Both angioplasty and CABG can be done although angioplasty is preferable. Many good centers in karachi. In any case Intensive medical therapy should be initiated.
