Talk to Cardiologist on Angiogram Needed?

Hello, these are reports of my father. We have shown these reports to 2 doctors. One of them suggested, there could be blockage and angiogram is needed and one of them said no it is due to high sugar reports are like this. If you can please suggest should we go for angiogram or not based on reports? I would be very thankful.

Needs proper history and then further work up.in Echo as written he has posterior wall hypokinesis so he has IHD.If chest pain or heaviness or burning is there then he should go for coronary Angio.It is better to consult in detail.
