Talk to Cardiologist on Bicep Pain After Vomiting

My mother is heart patient. She got bypass surgery in last August n is taking her diabetese, heart, blood pressure and gastro medications. She also has knee issue. Recently she had to travel n during that she vomited alot. She didnt go to dr and came back home n rested. Since the day, her left bicep is having extreme pinching muscle pain n a kind of frozen arm she has. Her pain increases whenever she has high bp or eats something hot in nature.

We consulted a dr n he said, take rest n only panadol n it will elaviate with time. But she can not even change her dress.

Kindly tell what should we do
