Cardiologist

My mother is healthy active 56 years old. Recently we have done her echo for pre-operative work up for her disc herniation surgery which shows grade 1 left ventricular dysfunction. Is this something to get worried about?

No symptoms at all. She’a diabetic but her sugar levels are always within normal range.
And she’s not hypertensive either.
