detailed history and examination ky baad he behtar bta sakta houn. wesay main to chahoun ga ky main echo khud kr ky dekhoun. but as you are far away, thats why asked you to consult near you. Inshallah ziada pareshani wali bat nahi lagti.

Mild MR not so easy in progress to Moderate or Severe. There is no medicine to stop Mild MR not progress to Mild or severe.
