Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Karachi

I was diagnosed hyperthyroidism 5 months ago and doctor prescribed me indral 10mg 3 times a day and neomercazole, i started the course and get better but i did one mistake that during course after taking indral for somedays i quit taking indral at all and then when i check my bp it increased 140/100 i had no bp before but i was stress at that time because of uneven heartbeat than dr increased my indral dose to 40mg 3 times a day which i take only 1 daily, now 2 months ago i test for my tsh level ft3 and ft4 all come normal but my heart beat is still the same if i don't take tablet in the morning my heart beat will increse and my bp issue is also not solved and my bp is constant when ever i check like 140/100 or 144/97 my question is i want to quit taking indral and how my heart beat come to normal plz help me. May be i have some electrolytes or specially magnesium deficiency plz help me for this.
