Experiencing chest pain from a year. Sometimes it's soreness sometimes burning sometimes heaviness. Dizziness and left arm pain too. Have gotten ecg, echo and stress test. Ecg has always shown tachycardia but nothing else and echo was normal. Exertion or even light walking causes pain right in middle of chest
