Aoa , My heart beat offen gets faster while sleeping, even it makes me wake up. And when i put my hand on left side i feel that my heart beats are too fast then its normal beats. Please guide me.

what is the heart rate when it is fast. if possible get one ECG when it is fast. Better not to treat until we know the reason and type of arrhythmia.
please do ECG first to see your heart rate and also do your thyroid profile blood test
