Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Discomfort(left Side) , Dizziness And Breathlessness

Salam to all respected doctors, I have this issue of chest discomfort..I am describing it as discomfort because from past 2 months , I have been feeling and experiencing pain and discomfort on my chest along with difficulty in breathing and dizziness ..sometimes it feels like heaviness and sometimes just tickling sensation(on my chest) .it gets worse at night . I have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, for that I am taking medication (narvasc 5mg) ..I live in a small city where medical facilities are limited .test such as ECG not available..
I just want to know if it is medical emergency ?

An ECG is must to rule out cardiac cause of your chest discomfort. An emergency seems less likely but you must get your basic tests especially ecg for further clarification.

Thankyou for consultation.As per your sayings it seems that it is unlikely a medical emergency.But this needs to be sorted out by consulting a cardiologist either visiting clinic or online consultation.Take plenty of water and tablet nuberol forte three times a day till you plan for consultation.Regards

You are young , however since you are hypertensive, an ECG , Echo and a slightly more detailed evaluation is needed. So a consultation is needed.

Sir I have got done an ECG ..nothing wrong is found in ECG( have shown to a local doctor) , it states that both Sinus rhythm and cardiac electric axis are normal..
