Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain

muje chest pain ho rha h lest side pr nipple se Thora SA left side pr Sath me and sometimes it also originates in the shoulder and left arm and also goes to the neck I am a student in Istanbul and I have done my ECG from a hospital here, they say everything is normal But I am not satisfied and pain is still happening I have little anxiety and depression from being away from home and I also have gastric issues, burping also occurs after eating I am fearing about any cardiac issue should I get some more cardiac test or i should do something else Need guidance thank u.
