I have feel burdened in chest also pain comes in chest then whole body is chilll and also feets are cold . I have do ecg echo and TMT but still pain increase and i feel not well what can i do what yours take on it thanks
your ECG os normal , echo shows mitral valve prolapse (MVP ) but no valve leakage.
ETT done shows PVCs .All this scenario shows that you should be medication that controls your heart rate and prevent (premature ventricular contractions) PVCs.
start tab metoprolol 25mg half morning and half evening and dose will be adjusted according to BP and symptoms response.
