Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain
Asking for Husband, Male, 28 years old, Karachi
Ny husband's age is night he was feeling chest pain nd is fine can I know the I do for any fasting sugar was 107mg/dl The whole night went like this he slept after Fajar never any symptoms of Covid year in September we did some tests in which his alkaline phosphatase was little bit High Can you tell me what will be the reason or else what should I do.. actually kids are so small I don't wanna take any risk regarding his health
Do ECG, xray chest and can u please tell me what was the character and pattern of the pai and for how long it persisted, any stress issue , any issue in breathing ? chest pain was changing the location or not ?

But the door of observation should not be closed.
I wonder why you didn't send ECG?
Alkaline phosphatase is not so high... Only an Ecg is needed... Send me the ecg and i will give u appropriate treatment for your health issue and your husband will be fine... Most probably it is due to gerd or any musculoskeletal pain... But be on safe side and get an ecg.

do chest x-ray, cbc ESR, is he coughing or has sputum anyone around him smoke.
Get CXR and ecg done.
