Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain After Angioplasty

PCI to LAD was done on 26th April 2024. After the angioplasty, father had complain of body pain which would go away after taking Panadol. Attaching medicines prescribed.

Due to the pain doctor advised thallium scan which according to the doctor was normal and he didn't have any more cardiac issues. He changed medicines (attached) But after taking these medicines my father complained of chest pain after walking and shortness breath after which doctor asked us to add sustac 2.6 mg 1+1+0. But my father still has complain of chest pain. Now my father is refusing to go to doctor and stopped taking nebix and taking concor 10mg as its replacement but still having chest pain. Please advise. I am attaching all prescriptions and reports.
