I have chest pain since month on left upper side which comes and go but recently I have chest pain heart related since 2 weeks which make me uncomfortable and iam also diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse but no mital leaking however I have issue of anxiety so don't know what is actually cause of chest pain heart related very depress regarding it
do you have any other symptoms??
sweating ??
nausea / vomiting??
chest pain relation to exertion ??
any Diabetes and Hypertension history ??
any SOB ??
fleeting pain and pin point is usually non cardic but need to have a detail history and ecg for confirmation and mitral prolapse does not have to do with ur pain, also share your echo report

Yes I had echo every thing was normal only mvp was diagonsed and done ECG 3 times they were normal still confuse this chest pain is related to mvp or any other issue like gerd but sometime feel pain on left hand side and on neck don't know it is related to mvp or anxiety

As you are a young man you should start: Cap Risek 40 mg 0+0+1 for 2 weeks, Tab Nuberol forte 1+1+1 after meals, Tab Lexotanil 1/2 Tab at bedtime.

Mitral valve prolapse is associated with atypical chest pain and so is anxiety . Perhaps an SSRI like cipralex( estelopram) may be suitable for you.

It is possible this chest pain can be due to another like gerd or muskoletal iseu or it is due to mvp

Yes that is entirely possible, but one has to establish the exact cause if feasible, if not then it is labeled as atypical chest pain

assalamu Alaikum well your complaint of chest pain is very much related to mitral valve

Yes feel nausea and less hungry is this and also sometime feel pain left hand finger little one is this due to mvp or another factor
