Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain In Left Side

I often feel continuous pain in the left side of my chest, especially at night while sleeping. The pain becomes more intense at that time, and because of it, I'm unable to sleep. This pain also spreads to my left arm. At night, due to the pain, I have great difficulty breathing, and I start to feel shortness of breath. Please tell me what I should do — could this be a heart-related issue?
