Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain, Symptoms, Meds, Tests

I recently experienced the following symptoms:

1. Continuous chest pain for four days, exacerbated after meals, lifting weight, and standing up after using the toilet. 2. Mood swings, mainly irritation and quick headaches, especially after exposure to room noise or hearing a child crying. 3. Left knee pain after walking; I began walking two weeks ago, targeting 5000 steps daily. 4. Persistent stomach discomfort, resembling severe gas, and an unusual salty taste on my tongue.

Here are my regular medications and health conditions:

1. Hair fall treatment for three months: Surbex Z, Finset 1mg, weekly Vitamin D3, Priorin capsule, Hairmax spray, and Dimes-S lotion. 2. Managing gout for ten years with Zyloric taken after consuming trigger foods. 3. Inderal 10 mg for severe headaches. 4. Sciatica issue for six years, treated previously with a one-time Epidural Steroid Injection; currently using balm and Synflex for pain.
