Asking for Self, Female, 50 years old, Karachi
Sweating some time and sone time bp raised.. previous cholestrol raised now control by diet.. non diabetic
What is her BP and does she have any chest pain or shortness of breath and what is her weights
Her Echo report is normal but suggestive of High BP I would suggest trying the following tablet Nebix 2.5mg daily I hope she had her sugar checked and are normal

Since 1 week i am chking her bp which is normal range . I yr back her cholestrol levels were raised but she controlled it on diet and now in normal range.

That’s fine if her BP is regularly under 140/90 she will not require medicines
Just proper diet is ok

What is the range of your BP?Echo indicates mild abnormality May be b/o raisedBP otherwise your echo is norma.Take care of your BP by life style modification

You need not worry about your Echo this is within acceptable limits
No action is required in this regard you are on proper diet which is good
Your pain description sound muscular
If you have any concerns about the pain I suggest to have an ETT done at a good centre
