Talk to Cardiologist on Echo Reports

Hello, Dr. I was having heart palpitations in August 2022 so I went to doctor and I got tested ECG, ECHO, TMT everything was normal after some days still feel heart palpitations for 5 months day by day I become more weak and I dont know why this happen so then in January I was gone for vitamin d test where I got that I was too much low in vitamin d so my near house doctor general physician advised me to take vitamin d and gave me multivitamin after a month, I felt better by taking them and I was able to walk 5 to 6 Km but when I do any hard work, I got palpitations, so I went to check again for ECG and Echo but this time there is a lot of difference in my echo values with previous one and I am very concerned about them....I'm attaching two different echo reports; please explain why there's such a big difference between them..............I am just 27 year old......I am too much worried about them please help and let me know in future i will face any trouble or what precau

your heart is normal during pumping blood by heart there must be differences in the valvues the good thing is the variability in numbers is in the normal range you should go for CBC and thyroid functions too to rule out the cause of palpitations you can contact me for more info

you should avoid junk foods, and walk daily for 30mins, you can take everything fresh. and after 3 months repeat your echo from a renowned cardiologist from AFIC echo department not from outside. would you please tell me about your current heart rate, your level of education, any stress, any other issue with you

My current heart rate is 70 I have done master in computer science and sometimes I feel very weak mostly after night fall
