Talk to Cardiologist on Fast Heartbeat/high Pulse Rate

Salam, I'm facing fast heartbeat in my regular house chores, I also feel heaviness in my left side chest and back and in shoulder too my bp is normal or slightly low but my pulse rate continuously high i.e 99-88-103, I have done my ecg and attaching pic kindly check my reports and suggest something. thanks in advance

there are no changes in ECG but your chest pain may need cardiac stress test. fast heart rate need some blood tests to be done
ecg shows increased heart rate. based on your symptoms I would suggest you to visit in clinic for proper evaluation and further management plan
your daily routine? sleep schedule? diet? screen time? any stress? diet?

you need ETT ( cardiac stress test) for chest pain. Also check CBC and TSH to see the reson for fast heart rate.
