Asking for Someone Else, Mother, Female, 53 years old, Peshawar
My mother is 53 years old and her weight is 67 kg.
A doctor told us that there is "foam" on her heart. CT scan was also done but we don't have the report with us right now.
She has constant lower back pain. The doctor said the reason for her back pain is that there is too much pressure on her feet.
The doctor has suggested doing "Isometric Quads 20+20" exercises.
My questions are: 1. What does "foam on heart" mean? Is it serious? 2. What can we do for her back pain and pressure on feet? 3. Are "Isometric Quads 20+20" exercises safe for her condition? 4. What treatment or next steps do you recommend?
Thank you.
