Asking For Self, Male, 28 Years old, Pakistan

Two months ago one of my family members expired with heart attack. After that I was thinking about heart issues, its symptoms and how to avoid heart attack. And focusing on any minor sensations on left side of chest. After one week i was on a walk and was thinking to visit hospital to have checkup for any heart issues. Suddenly i felt a burning on left side of chest and pain in arm and neck. I went to hospital and have BP checked. ECG was normal and Bp was ok. Only the heart rate was high. Doctor said i had an anxiety attack. He gave me a tablet of anxiety. I took two tablet and after one hour i was normal. After that i had the blood test and everything was normal like TG , ALT, and other values. Now i am having the anxiety that i can have a heart issue. Focusing on any sensation on left side. How to avoid this issue now?

look dear pain on left side of the chest is not always a heart issue, it can be muscle skeletol pain, it can be pericarditis, it can be due other chest disease like Asthma , it's better that whenever you have doubt do ECG and visit cardiologist

I did. ECG was normal. Now I don’t have swear pain. It’s just a sensation and when I work or do other stuff like just divert my mind it goes away.
