I am having pain in left arm, shoulder and chest.. chest pain moves and stays for sometime and then I gets relief.. morely,I feel shortness of breath due to low heart beat and sometimes heart beats gets too fast..I can't sleep and even these all pain are changing my mind and depressing me inside... please help...

Daily routine is not hectic or tough ... a doctor recommended me some anxiety medicine,but those medicines are not suitable for me.. I am getting more worsened health wise .like more depressed and Pain and no energy.. Digestive system is normal.. Sleep cycle is not good.. When I sleeps,I awakes midnight with fast heart beat and Heaviness on chest and throat
