I have attached my MRI report kindly review it and tell me what should I do? should I go for open heart surgery or Intervention procedure? I have a congenital issue at age of 3 TOF has been done than in 2019 ASD closure has been done I have done 2 c sections also , now I am facing a little bit if tiredness, fast heartbeat some times and palpitations what should you refer best for me?

with TOF repair done earlier and dilated right ventricular outflow tract the best option is to go surgical pulmonary valve replacement usually bio prosthetic with correction of RVOT dilation if needed/ possible.

transcatheter approach is not advisable in cases of TOF repair.
