ur ECG seams normal however post ur ETT ..
ETT report is not decisive for treatment if the patient has symptoms u can get ct coronary angio and then furthur plan can be decided

I have seen the ETT report. Get CT Angiogram or conventional angiogram as advised by your primary physician
