I see many of 20 to 30 yrs age of youngsters dying from heart attack. what is the reason? and what cheap test a person of my age with no symptoms no prior medical condition healthy weight and non smoker should get done to check heart health risks.

If there is no family history of heart disease and early death , then do nothing except stopping smoking. I there is strong and early history of heart disease in family then an echo. fasting serum lipids and CT angiography.
