My mother was experiencing shortness of breath. This is her ECG—could someone please help explain it? The doctor didn't perform an echocardiogram. He gave the following medicines lasix 400mg, aldactone, extor, kestore, lowplat plus, cordarone. She is patient of high bp.

this ecg is showing premature contractions of heart chambers , patient should have echo cardiogram and some blood tests , medications adjustment according to workup.

There are VPCs in ECG... patient needs proper assessment including history, physical Examination, Echocardiography, Holter Monitoring and some blood tests to assess electrolyte levels and thyroid profile for further assessment. Kindly consult a cardiologist.
