Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Pain

Respected Drs, A. o. a I am turning into 18 year, but I sometimes feel slightly pain in my heart, I didn't get high blood pressure, high heart beat, Sweating etc. I often feel sad although I am good in study and never have financial issues. I live in village and do not get disturb of noises. Due to this I can't study effectively. Please help me. Thanks a lot.
