I'm having severe heart pain since one month, it becomes so unbearable sometimes , bp and sugar is normal. please tell me what to do ? it sometimes goes to my arm as well.

Should be rule out by proper history nd ECG. If u feel localised or pinpoint chest pain continuous in nature look like muscular pain.
