Assalamu Alaikum, I have had fever many times but it has been getting better on its own. There is pain in the heart and the left arm also hurts due to this, sweating and shortness of breath begin, and there is difficulty in taking a long breath during this time.I've also had it checked by doctors. Some say it's all fine. Some say it's a heart block issue. I fainted a few days ago.And sometimes blood comes from the nose and mouth. Please can someone tell me what the problem is? ECG has also been done and tests have also been done. Some say the entire ECG is normal and some say it is not normal.Please can someone tell me I'm very worried ?
