Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Palpitations

Hello, Dr. I was having heart palpitations in August 2022 so I went to doctor and I got tested ECG, ECHO, TMT everything was normal after some days still feel heart palpitations for 5 months day by day I become more weak and I dont know why this happen so then in January I was gone for vitamin d test where I got that I was too much low in vitamin d so my near house doctor general physician advised me to take vitamin d and gave me multivitamin after a month, I felt better by taking them and I was able to walk 5 to 6 Km but when I do any hard work, I got palpitations, so I went to check again for ECG and Echo but this time there is a lot of difference in my echo values with previous one and I am very concerned about them....I'm attaching two different echo reports; please explain why there's such a big difference between them..............I am just 27 year old......I am too much worried about them please help......

The reason for difference is because of the way image is made. Sometimes the image is cut in a different plane on the monitor and that makes the readings go up and down, as long as they are all in the normal limits nothing to worry.
just to be sure, you need to tell the echocardiographer next time that you want exact measurements of the chambers and he will be take measurements more carefully..
plz recheck echo from other institute like AKU ... holter monitor ...then come online appointment
Both Echos look normal.
Don't worry .Try to build up your stamina.
you didn't mention your wt ,BP ,Heart rate max and minimum.

Don't worry. Get a thyroid function test if not done already. then 24 hours holter monitoring (24 hrs ECG)
If you don't have a 24 hours holter facility, get an ECG done exactly at the same time when you feel your heart beat is fast.
Eat healthy diet. Keep BP measuremrnts in check. Reduce excessive coffee tea soft drink intake. Take less stress. sleep well. you'll be all fine.
