Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Pressure But Unsure

I am a 27-year-old woman with a history of three C-section deliveries. For the past 7 months, I have been feeling a mild pressure or restlessness in my chest, especially before sleeping and upon waking.

Four days ago, the chest pressure became much stronger at night, and I woke up suddenly feeling like I could not do anything and that I might die within minutes. At that time, I also felt sudden fatigue.

Since then, I have been experiencing tiredness and occasional body pain throughout the day. Today, the symptoms worsened: my chest feels heavy, my breathing is fast even when I talk or walk slowly, and my hands and feet feel cold with tingling at the fingertips and toes. I am also feeling nauseous today.

I am very worried because the symptoms are persistent, worsening, and affecting my ability to breathe and move normally.
