try to get an ECG when you experience this feeling
if you are getting symptoms daily please get ecg then 24 hours Holter monitoring
what about ur family history of high bp ?what is ur weight ?smoking ?
my opinion is that ur BP intermitently high.

Both my parents are taking high BP medicine. my weight is 58 kgs. No smoking at all. I often check my BP at home with a digital machine , BP remains between 115 to 125 (uper side) and Heart Rate remains between 80-100.

Get your ECG done.
You may need holter montioring as well depending on ECG findings.
Please visit cardiologist for this issue.
You need to get evaluated for heart rythm .
visit a Electrophysiologist/ Cardiologist after a 24 hour ecg monitering
