The Patient Got The High Blood Pressure Issues From 2 years , Later Then The Patient Crosses The 240 Bp For Two Times and When He Crosses 240 Bp For Second Time He Got Vomit in which There Was Blood Due to High BP Since After That Day The Patient is Facing The Chest Pains Regularly Mostly Note That The Patient Was Avoiding BP Medicine Even After Prescription Regularly he Was Taking Frequently , But Now It is Regular And When He Took Loprin He Was Feeling Fine But Then He Left Loprin Too After Some Time But Condition is Getting Worse Nowadays
