Me 2 din se mags kr rhi hun but koi b dr reply nhi kr rhy or sub ki post k response arhy hyn sirf mere post pending me hy... mere husband ko 1 month se heart me itching or heaviness hy .. unka ECHO ka test hoa hy to us me grade 1 distolic Dyfunction aya hy.. dr ko report dekhai by to wo keh rhy hyn k sub sahi hy... but mere husband ko abi b heaviness or itching se hoti hy heart me... kindly kuch batai k kya krna chayai hum bht pareshan hyn
I don’t think he has high blood pressure. Kindly get his bp checked & ecg done & send reports
Any risk factor like diabetes, high BP, smoking or family history. if yes then ECG and ETT.
Does your husband has any family history of Diabetes, heart diseases , high blood pressure and high cholesterol . Is he a smoker ?
Mohtarma, Heart mein itching aur heaviness qisam k symptoms disease nahi hote. Han Hum ye samajh sakte hain k kisi disease ka natija ha. Chalye janab Aap ke Dr. ne bohot teer mara aur inn ki ECG aur Echo kar dala aur kaaha k Normal ha.
Ab Aap ko dil ki taraf se befikr ho jana chahiye.

You need to get ETT (exercise tolerance test) to see if the heaviness is from heart or not. Otherwise, you can consult a medical specialist. This heaviness could be from muscles, lungs, stomach etc. But a doctor needs to see the patient in clinic to come to the conclusion.

They did ETT it's normal.. yesterday dr did his hba1c which is 8.9.. dibetic dr started his medicine but he is saying that heart me jo problem hy wo sugar se related nhi hy... mother and father both r heart patient and mother is diabetic
Sorry I wrote in Urdu which was distorted. Do CCTA for him. ETT is 70% sensitive to pick CAD. So it misses CAD in 30%.
