Its been a year i am going through high bp 147/88 160/88 taking andral 40 mg and also chestpain in the mid and left arm come and go ecg 3 mahene phle krwie thi normal thi and blood tests bhi 3 months phle normal the suggest me what should i do i want to get rid of that chestpain niddle type

Ah so basically doctor told me not to check bp bz whenever my bp got checked i got worried and its spicks aprt from that my tests were also normal. Was done 4 months ago cbc troponin everything was in normal value but worried about chestpain
