Does drinking hibiscus tea lower upper and lower bp should i use it because my bp is always 160/86 170\100 i want to decrease my lower bp any guidance!?

high bp at this age should be investigated. Get echo and renal arterial doppler of both sides and also ultrasound for kidneys
