Assalam o alaikum mera bp normal hai aur main hypertension ki patient hoon main 1 xavor DIU aur Barilol 5mg aur Ascard 75 mg lay rahi hoon yeh medicine lete huye mujhe 3 sal ho chuke hain mera heart rate kabhi 75 ya 80 se above nahi gya aj 4 day hai mera heart rate musalsal 101 se lay k 118 tak ja raha hai main har 1 ghantay baad reading lay rahi hoon bp normal hai heart rate barha hua hai doctor ne mujhe laxotnil 3 mg di thi raat mein lene k liye main 4 din se lay rahi hoon magar heart rate nahi kam ho raha JAZZAKALLAH

there are many factors for increased heart rate including fever, pain in the body, physical or emotional stress and many more. see if you have any of them then treat that factor. heart rate will settle by itself. for time being you can increase the dose if barilol to 7.5 mg
